Meditation for Change Workshop – Part 2

Sunday 14 October 2018

Because of the depth of this subject it was impossible to cover all the important areas in one session.

We will continue exploring how a regular meditation practice will lead to altered states of mind resulting in quicker recovery from stress and a calmer state of mind.

The aim should be a gradual refinement of character rather than dramatic spiritual experiences.

If you did not attend Part 1 you will still benefit from Part 2.  Everyone is welcome.

Date: Sunday 14 October 2018 from 2.00pm – 4.00pm
Venue: Mt Duneed Hall, 40 Mount Duneed Road, Mt Duneed
Cost: $51.00
