* 108 Day Collective Meditation Challenge *
We invite you to join us for a 108 day collective meditation challenge beginning April 1st, 2019.
Aimed at establishing a solid foundation in meditation practise, Kabir will provide all those who register with a short daily text message that will touch on aspects of the origins and practise of meditation.
This will serve to unite practitioners with a sense of collective camaraderie while you establish your practise at home and at a time of your choosing.
It is free to join!
Kabir has over 13 years experience as a teacher of transcendental meditation under the guidance of Swami Durgananda, head of Samata Samashti Dharma Yoga Australia.

Coastal Forest Lodge is a beautiful 196 acre property just off the Great Ocean Road, 6km before Angelsea. Coastal Forest Lodge is set in a pristine rural & natural bush environment with abundant wildlife, a friendly petting paddock, beautiful bushwalks & a spectacular wedge-tailed eagles nest.
The special en suite cabins were host to athletes at the Sydney 2000 Olympics. All accommodation is clean & in excellent condition. CFL is well kept with a bright & vibrant feel.
The theme for this year is “Inner Mindfulness” and this retreat will provide you with the opportunity to switch off from your daily busy life and turn your attention inwards.
During the retreat you will enjoy vegetarian meals, meditation, workshops, discourses, japa walks and chanting sessions. We will also be celebrating Diwali on Saturday evening.
The retreat energy and environment will allow you to become more aware of your thoughts, feelings and body sensations. In this safe environment and with like-minded people you will have the opportunity to reflect and grow spiritually.
