Meditation Class with Kabir

Kabir is offering meditation classes on Tuesday evenings at Mount Duneed Hall

Beginners Welcome!

Class Requirements: Please wear loose clothing, bring a cushion and shawl.

Date:    Tuesday 11 December 2018 from 6.30pm – 8.00pm
Venue: Mount Duneed Hall, 40 Mount Duneed Road, Mount Duneed
Cost:    $10.00 (cash payments only)

Chanting

“Chanting Clears the Mind & Revitalises the Spirit”

We host monthly chanting on the first Sunday of each month from 1.00pm – 4.00pm.
Govinda leads us in the chanting.  To listen to chanting sample Click Here.

We end the session with afternoon tea.

In the warmer months we meet in the Melbourne Royal Botanical Gardens (Gate C) and in the colder months we meet at Mt Duneed Hall in Geelong.

Book Study

Kabir will be leading a study of newly released book “Samata Yoga – A book on practical Ray Yoga” written by his Holiness Neelkanth Maharaj and Swami Durgananda.

This study will be offered monthly on a Sunday afternoon in a relaxed environment offering you the opportunity to ask questions to help your understanding of the book and its teachings.

Celebration of Lord Rama – God of Orderly Good Works.

 We celebrated Ram Navmi in the Melbourne Botanical Gardens March 2015 with a chanting program followed by a picnic.  As you can see it was a joyful occasion on a beautiful sunny Saturday.
